Shipping policy

We ship within Canada only. We do not ship outside Canada. For now, we do not ship to British Columbia, Saskatchewan or Manitoba; customers in these provinces can choose pickup.

Shipping cost: $20 per order (plus applicable taxes) wherever we ship. The amount is shown at checkout before payment.

Free pickup: you can choose free pickup at Golf Virtuel Trois-Rivières, 1930 rue Bellefeuille, Trois-Rivières, Quebec. We will email you when your order is ready; call us at 819-378-0988 to arrange a pickup time.

Timelines: we will confirm the expected shipping date by email. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 9 business days. Some equipment (projectors, cameras, computers, custom-cut screens and turf) may need extra preparation time; we will let you know before shipping.

Damaged package: notify us within 7 days of receipt, with photos (see our return and refund policy).

Installation: not included. For installation by our team, request a quote at info@prosim.ca.
